Terms of Service

By accessing and using Envise Group's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Envise Group provides external marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Paid media buying across Google, Meta and TikTok
• Ad creative production and creative testing
• Landing page and product page design and development
• AI-generated media production, including video and campaign visuals
• Lead generation campaigns and execution
• Marketing consultation and advisory services

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate in good faith during the engagement
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methods and strategies

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the specific engagement terms.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

Envise Group's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We provide marketing services and cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A.
