Case 03 · Tech conference · Europe

Selling tickets to something that has not happened yet.

Event marketing has a problem no other category has: there is nothing to demo, nothing to review, and a hard date after which the inventory is worth zero. The creative has to do all of the persuading, and it has to be replaced constantly because the audience is small and sees everything. We built a set of formats that can be produced and re-cut in days rather than weeks — and translated without going back to camera.

Two spots, sound on

Openings only. Both ads close on a branded end card carrying the client's logo, dates and ticket URL, so each clip here stops before it — you are seeing the part that has to earn the click.

Six formats, six ways in

One argument, six registers. Not six edits of the same video — genuinely different creative, so a test tells you something about the angle rather than about the cut. Ten-second openings, silent and looping.

How the set was built

  1. 01

    The objection, not the agenda

For an event the objection is never the ticket price — it is whether two days out of the calendar will pay for themselves. Every script answers that before it mentions the event at all.

  2. 02

    One argument, many registers

The same case gets rewritten as a confession, a sketch, an interview and a joke. That is what makes a creative test informative instead of a coin flip between two edits.

  3. 03

    Generated presenters and scenes

AI presenters, generated environments and generated characters. A new format costs a render, not a shoot day plus a talent booking plus a location.

  4. 04

    Programmatic assembly

The presenter format is assembled in Remotion: timing, transitions, vignette and subtitle sync are code. A copy change is a re-render, not an edit session — which is also what made the second language cheap.

What we delivered

  • Concept and script for every format, objection-first
  • 12 AI-generated ad concepts across 6 distinct formats
  • English and Italian versions of the cuts that worked
  • Burned captions, sound design and branded end cards
  • 9:16 and 3:4 masters for feed, stories and Reels
  • A programmatic assembly so copy edits re-render in minutes
