39 finished ad variants. No shoot, no models, no studio day.
A direct-to-consumer label selling linen and relaxed-fit womenswear in the United States. The constraint was the usual one: paid social eats creative faster than a production calendar can feed it. We built a pipeline that turns existing product photography into finished, hook-first vertical ads — and then turns every winning concept into a full set of colourway variants.

Two full ads, start to finish
Sound on — the voice-over, the on-screen copy and the end card are all part of the deliverable.
Eight concepts, eight hooks
The first ten seconds decide whether the rest of the ad gets watched, so the hook is the unit we test. These are the opening ten seconds of eight different concepts, silent and looping.
One winning concept, five colourways
This is where the pipeline pays for itself. Once a concept works, re-running it on another colourway is a render, not a reshoot — so the whole SKU range gets its own creative instead of sharing one video.
How each ad was made
- 01
Real product photography in
Front and back shots of the actual garment. Nothing is invented about the product — the cut, the buttons, the seams and the colour all come from the client's own images.
- 02
Script and hook first
The angle, the objection and the opening line are written before any visual work. Every concept is a testable hypothesis, not a look.
- 03
Keyframes with gpt-image-2
Each shot is locked as a still, with the garment composited from the reference so continuity survives across the whole ad.
- 04
Motion with kling-v3-omni-video
Frames become shots — including the spoken, lip-synced pieces — then get assembled with subtitles, on-screen copy and the end card.
